Welcome Kindergarten students!

Engadine West PS is looking forward to welcoming our new Kindergarten students in 2026.

Online enrolment can be completed any time and our office is happy to receive completed application forms and sight documentation between 8:45am and 3:30pm school days for Kindergarten 2026 enrolments.

Engadine West PS uses the School Bytes parent portal for online permission notes and payments, which can be accessed via a secure link.

We also use the School Bytes Parent App to send notifications such as reminders and the fortnightly newsletter to families. This streamlines our communication channels, ensuring you receive and have access to all communication via the one source.

Parents and carers are encouraged to:

1. Set up the School Bytes parent portal if not already done so by visiting https://portal.schoolbytes.education/auth/login (refer to step-by-step instructions)
2. Download the School Bytes Parent App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

3. Turn on notifications within the School Bytes Parent App (refer to step-by-step instructions)

Note: The Flexischools app is used by the P&C for uniform and canteen purchases.

Our school has partnered with an independent provider TheirCare to provide Before, After Care and Holiday Care services to our school community.

The program services the children in the school from 7:00am in the morning until 9.00am and operates from 3:30pm each day until 6:30pm. During school holidays the service operates from 7:00am until 6:30pm.

Families wishing to use this service can visit the TheirCare website: http://theircare.com.au/. Families are also eligible for a Government rebate which reduces the cost per session. Further information can also be obtained by contacting the school or ringing TheirCare on: 1300 072 410.

TheirCare provides a stimulating and safe environment for all children and an environment where children from and enjoy their time in their program.

During sessions children develop life skills, friendships, confidence and creativity through play.
